The role of a Dental Care Professional Tutor (Post qualification) in Oral Health with Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust involves delivering and assessing the Post qualification programme for Dental Care Professionals. The tutor will be responsible for the line management of learners, supporting their education, and maintaining instructional resources. Key responsibilities include participating in learner recruitment, conducting inductions, agreeing and reviewing assessment plans, and providing supervision during workplace observations. The ideal candidate will have a registrable Dental Nurse qualification and experience in adult teaching, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
