The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking qualified doctors for the Bank Clinical Fellow ST1/2 position in Maxillo-facial Surgery based in Westcliff-On-Sea. This role involves flexible bank work with shifts ranging from single instances to extended posts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call options, although no guaranteed hours are provided. Key responsibilities include liaising with various stakeholders to ensure safe patient care, participating in daily rounds, supervising staff as required, maintaining professionalism, and adhering to Trust policies.
Candidates should have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a UK hospital and relevant qualifications including an MBBS and full GMC registration. They must work at least 12 shifts per month to retain their connection as a GMC-approved designated body with the Trust.
