NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Governance Department in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a challenging administrative role, preferably within the NHS or a similar complex organisation. This position involves providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Finance and the Director of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Key responsibilities include minute taking at senior meetings, effective communication, and maintaining discretion in a confidential environment.
The position requires a strong organisational ability, flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The Corporate Administrator will work closely with Executive Directors on critical projects and must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. An exciting opportunity has arisen for exceptional Corporate Administrator to work within NHS Golden Jubilee Corporate Governance Department.

Joining an established team, the will support the Deputy Director of Finance and Director of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. This role will be fast paced and unpredictable and it is important that you can demonstrate through experience a sound understanding of the need for discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting.
There are a number of meetings that the post holder will be expected to support therefore experience of minute taking at a senior level is essential.
This role requires the ability to be flexible, have good organisational and communication skills. In this unique and key role, you will have the opportunity to support Executive Directors across a portfolio of high profile and critical work programmes requiring an ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally to the organisation.
The successfully appointed candidate will be expected to undertake all aspects of secretarial/administrative support to the two Directors and have a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office. In this key role you will also have the opportunity to support Executive Directors and Senior Managers across a wide portfolio of high profile and critical work programmes requiring an ability to work collaborative both internally and externally to the organisation. A proven track record of working at Senior Management level in a busy organisation where competing priorities are a daily challenge is essential.
