We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with experience in care who is looking for a flexible, rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a Team Manager to lead and inspire the team of passionate Support Workers in our NEW SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICE in Caerleon, Newport. This service is home to 3 active individuals with learning and physical disabilities. This is a 37 hour full-time role. If you are passionate about making a difference and developing positive relationships with the individuals who live in our services, we would love to hear from you. *Due to the needs of the individuals we support in this service, a full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is required*

How can I make a difference?
You will be working alongside the Registered Manager, to ensure that services are delivered in line with the regulatory and legislative requirements. You will lead, manage and develop a team to provide outstanding support services to some truly incredible individuals. Providing a responsive, high quality and customer focused service to the individuals and their families is integral to the role. You will be responsible for the quality and organisation of the services, the workforce, and of the partnerships necessary to deliver them. It is vital that you work in a person-centred way and behave in line with the Pobl values of being Positive, Connected and Considerate.

We are looking for someone with the right experience and values to take on a key leadership position within our Care & Support services in Caerphilly.
- A dynamic, ambitious and enthusiastic leader
- Experience of working in Adult Social Care
- Experience of managing, supporting and developing a team of employees
- A strong track record in developing staff teams and individuals
- Knowledge of key policies, procedures, systems and legislation that influences the provision of Adult Social Care
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Wales
- QCF 5 - NVQ Level 4 or willingness to working towards achieving.
- Take part in the on-call system currently 1 week in every 7
We also have a full time Team Manager opportunity, working across 2 Newport Services supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities.
