abrdn is seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) for its Chief Operating Office in Edinburgh to provide efficient, proactive, and professional support primarily to the Investment Chief Operating Officer (ICOO) and the Leadership Team. The role involves coordinating diaries, managing communications, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the organisation and its goals. The PA will also be responsible for arranging travel, processing expenses, and assisting with team communications and events. Candidates should have significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial or Asset Management industry.
