Public Health Wales is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to support the Strategic Programme for Mental Health. This permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers a hybrid work model and varied base locations across Wales. The role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to multi-disciplinary teams, managing schedules, preparing agendas, transcribing meeting minutes, and overseeing database systems. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in administrative roles are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.

As part of the Business Support Team, the Senior Administrator will engage with various stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure data accuracy while utilizing Microsoft Office tools. A Welsh-speaking capability is desirable but not mandatory.
