NHS Golden Jubilee is seeking a Waiting List Coordinator / Team Leader in Glasgow to manage and streamline the Waiting List Management Service for Elective, Regional, and National Services. The role involves overseeing referral vetting, processing admission dates, ensuring appropriate patient pathways, and maintaining accurate patient information using the GJNH PAS (Trak) system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare environment, a solid understanding of Treatment Time Guarantee guidelines, and strong communication, customer care, and organisational skills.
