The Community Bladder and Bowel Team - Assistant Practitioner role at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is aimed at individuals passionate about bladder and bowel health, with a focus on providing specialized care to patients in both home and community settings. The position is a fixed-term opportunity until January 2026, based at Clementhorpe Health Centre, and requires a qualified Band 4 Associate Practitioner or Nursing Associate. Responsibilities include clinically assessing, planning, and monitoring interventions for patients with complex bladder and bowel needs, as well as teaching and developing healthcare providers, patients, and their families.

Candidates must possess the ability to travel to various locations within the community using their own vehicle, as public transport may not be readily accessible.
