An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Band 4 Associate Practitioner or Nursing Associate to join our dedicated and highly skilled Community Specialist Bladder and Bowel Team fixed term until January 2026 based at Clementhorpe Health Centre, York. The Specialist Bladder and Bowel Team care for a range of patients at home and in community settings including clinics.
You will have or be keen to develop Specialist Continence nursing skills and experience to clinically assess, plan and monitor interventions with patients with complex bladder and bowel needs. The role will also support in the teaching and development of healthcare professionals, patients, families, and carers.

The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy. Access to a vehicle that can be used for business purposes and hold a full and valid driving licence (role will involve travel to numerous addresses that cannot be easily accessed by public transport means) is required.
