The Inpatient/Outpatient Facilitator position at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is a full-time, permanent role requiring 37.5 hours per week. The facilitator will manage and lead teams under the supervision of the Capacity Planning Coordinator, ensuring that all operational aspects regarding access and booking of patients are efficiently handled in alignment with Trust policies. Responsibilities include maintaining customer care standards, overseeing the patient journey, and supporting day-to-day staffing needs to meet service demands. Additionally, the role involves actively participating in meetings to discuss capacity and staffing issues, while also contributing to the achievement of local and national healthcare targets.
