NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Health Care Support Worker for the Adolescent Inpatient Unit at Stobhill Hospital in Glasgow. This role involves supporting young individuals facing various mental health challenges within a 24-bed specialized ward, Skye House, where the focus is on assessment and clinical interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient settings and with young people and families, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care programs centered on recovery and strength-based approaches.

The position requires a commitment to partnership with patients, their families, and other professionals while adhering to legislative frameworks and clinical policies. The successful applicant will rotate between Skye House and the developing Adolescent IPCU as necessary and will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses. The role entails a rotational shift pattern of long days and nights.
