The Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Assistant Psychologist to join the OPD Pathway at Crowley House Women’s Approved Premises in Birmingham for a 12-month period. The role involves working with women on probation who present various psychological complexities, including trauma, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and substance misuse. The post-holder will provide psychological support to service users and staff, assist in formulating service user assessments, deliver rehabilitative group activities, and contribute to a psychologically informed environment under the supervision of the Clinical Lead Psychotherapist.

Candidates should possess a relevant degree in psychology and have experience working with individuals facing complex psychological issues. The role demands strong communication skills and resilience in challenging environments as the professional interacts with both service users and multidisciplinary teams.
