Kibble is seeking a Therapist for a fixed-term position until 31st March 2026 in Paisley, dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young adults, particularly those who are care experienced and have survived childhood trauma. The role will involve facilitating individual therapy sessions in various settings—secure, residential, or community—and may include both in-person and virtual interactions. As part of the Specialist Intervention Services (SIS) team, which comprises a diverse mix of professionals, the therapist will focus on building a safe and trusting therapeutic environment designed to enhance the emotional wellbeing and resilience of the young people served.

Applicants should possess a recognized psychotherapist qualification and relevant professional registration, alongside at least two years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. The role requires strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with both young clients and multidisciplinary teams.
