The Community Staff Nurse role with Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust involves providing in-home nursing care to patients, including those who are elderly, recently discharged from hospital, terminally ill, or have physical disabilities. Successful candidates will be Registered Nurses with experience in acute medicine, emergency care, or community nursing, and will be responsible for assessing healthcare needs, delivering quality care, and coordinating referrals to community services as needed. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to adapt and prioritize based on patient needs.
