Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Clinic Coordinator for the Surgical Centre at Victoria Infirmary Northwich. The successful candidate will join a busy department and be responsible for managing clinic operations, including monitoring appointment utilisation, amending clinic templates, and handling patient queries. The role demands excellent organisational, accuracy, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the new Surgical Centre at Victoria Infirmary Northwich, VIN, for a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team. You will be part of a well-established team in a very busy department, your role is to manage and monitor clinics and support the managerial team and secretaries with clinic related queries.
An Example Of Duties Will Be
We employ almost 5,000 members of staff, provide around 540 hospital beds, with a range of services including accident and emergency, maternity, outpatients, therapies, and children's health. The Trust is also part of Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP), a unique local health partnership that provides a range of community services for people across South Cheshire and Vale Royal.

An Example Of Duties Will Be
- Reviewing clinic slot utilisation
- Amending clinic templates
- Monitoring ASI’s & management of escalations
- Answer appointment enquiries
- Making New and FU appointment's
- Rescheduling appointment
- Excellent accuracy, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
- A high level of concentration is required and attention to detail.
- Meticulous accuracy is essential in order to maintain service level
