Assistant Centre Manager (Maternity cover)
Full Time or Part Time considered (min 30 hours, max 37.5 hours)
The Role
Pure Offices in Edinburgh Park is looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to work within the team at this thriving business centre (more information can be found at pureoffices.co.uk). The Centre provides office accommodation and meeting room facilities to a number of businesses.
We require someone with a positive, friendly, can do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills as the position is client facing.
The role will involve, general administration, dealing with potential and existing customers, ensuring the centre is presentable, safe and a pleasant environment to work in. You will be the first point of contact very often, so a friendly helpful manner is essential as is a smart appearance and a positive attitude. As well as great customer service skills, you will be able to demonstrate you are organised, methodical, with good attention to detail, able to deal calmly with problems and work off your own initiative.
You will be part of a small friendly on-site team, who aim to always give first class customer service. You will have the ability and enthusiasm to take on new tasks as they may arise and be willingly to turn your hand to what is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
Role
The role will be extremely varied and no one day will be the same. Primarily the role will be to support and help the Centre Manager and ensure the smooth running and continued success of Pure Offices Edinburgh Park. The Centre Managers role that you will provide support to principally involves:
Occupier liaison and customer care
Marketing and letting of the office suites
Ensuring the centre presents well at all times
Ensuring the smooth and safe running of the centre
General administration

Salary - £24,000 (FTE)
