Employer heading Clerical Officer Band 2 Job Overview We currently have an opportunity for an Admin & Clerical person to join the Patient Flow Team based in the grounds of Southport Hospital. This a part time 22.5 hrs fixed term position and the working hours are Monday - Friday 9.15 - 2.30 mon - Fri. This is a busy role so we are looking for a flexible enthusiastic team player with good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner. Monitoring the Teams inbox on a daily basis Uploading Referrals on a daily basis Answering the telephone and escalating messages to team members Liaising with care homes & hospitals including passing on patients confidential information. Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities The successful applicant will need to have knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working in an office environment, data input skills and the ability to priorities own workload and work to defined timescales.
