The Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Clerical Officer (Band 2) to join the Patient Flow Team at Southport Hospital, working 22.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday. The role entails tasks such as monitoring the team's inbox, uploading patient referrals, handling telephone communications, liaising with care homes and hospitals, using the EMIS system for document retrieval, as well as general clerical duties like printing and photocopying. Candidates should possess good communication skills, experience in an office or healthcare environment, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, while previous knowledge of the EMIS system is desirable.
