The River Dee Medical Group in Aberdeen is seeking a part-time Care Navigator to join their team at Camphill Medical Practice, working 25 hours per week from 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and working both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills are necessary as the role involves the use of MS Office and specific clinical software, with full training provided for practice-specific systems.

The position offers a salary ranging from £24,276 to £26,394 pro rata per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
