Belong Warrington is seeking a Care Assistant to join their compassionate team in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to residents within a community-styled home. The role involves working collaboratively with other staff to maintain high standards of care, providing personal and practical assistance, engaging in activities, and supporting residents with their needs while respecting their dignity and privacy.

About the Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy and a person-centred approach to caring for older people
- Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised
- Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household
- Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents
- Be alert to residents' needs, health and wellbeing
- Respect the residents' dignity and privacy
- Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
- Assist with mealtimes and safe moving
- Maintain accurate records for each resident
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect
- Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
- Team player but able to work on your own initiative
