Job description
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Do you have experience of providing high level administrative support? Do you have strong organisational and communication skills? Are you able to prioritise and work flexibly to support a range of projects with competing priorities and timescales?
You will provide a high level of administrative support to the Director along with the senior team and colleagues across the University. You will support the Office Manager in the smooth running of the office and be the first point of contact for Strategy & Planning staff on HR, expenses and purchasing matters. You will also create and manage systems, processes and activities in a busy environment.
You will have a proven track record of providing professional administrative support to a busy team with an ability to bring structure, method and clarity to the management of core events and processes. You will have a proven track record of using strong problem solving and be able to work under pressure. Possessing strong organisational skills, you will also be able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
