University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive and motivated Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse for Coombes ward, a 27-bed unit focusing on trauma and orthopaedic care for both male and female patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Band 5 nurse to enhance their management and leadership skills while supporting the ward manager. Candidates should possess a positive attitude toward team building and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, aligning with the Trust’s mission of prioritizing patient welfare and its Outstanding for Caring CQC rating.
