Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Home Administrator for their facility in Fontwell. This role involves supporting the General Manager in the efficient operation of the care home, focusing on customer experience, HR, recruitment, payroll, and finance, while also supervising junior admin staff. Key responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, managing inquiries and resident onboarding, driving occupancy and community engagement, assisting with recruitment and payroll, and providing HR guidance. Candidates should have a customer-facing background, HR administration experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A CIPD qualification is advantageous.
