Proactis is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for its Aberdeen office, specifically within the government portals department. The main responsibility of the CSA is to provide exceptional helpline support for procurement portals, addressing queries from publishing authorities and suppliers while ensuring compliance with UK public procurement standards. The role also emphasises maintaining relationships with paying customers on the “myTenders” private portal to enhance customer retention. Key duties include responding to support requests, performing back office operations, and assisting in the continuous improvement of products and services.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer service role, with strong communication skills and familiarity with meeting targets and KPIs. Additional qualifications include knowledge of UK procurement legislation, experience with the tendering process, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
