The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) is seeking a qualified Interpersonal Therapist (Band 6) to join their Talking Therapies service, serving the Greater Lincoln and Skegness areas. The role involves providing evidence-based Interpersonal Therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing a clinical caseload, and participating in regular supervision. Candidates must have completed an accredited IPT course and be accredited with a professional body while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
