JCasp Technologies is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Secretary for the Oldham Early Intervention Team for a four-month secondment from February to May 2025. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to promote efficiency within a team. Key responsibilities include providing secretarial support to the consultant psychiatrist, managing administrative duties, supervising the administrative team, and coordinating daily activities such as scheduling meetings and maintaining departmental systems.

The role also involves acting as a point of contact for complex inquiries, assisting in service improvement initiatives, and managing both manual and electronic filing systems. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the overall administrative support, ensuring high-quality mental health services are delivered effectively across Greater Manchester.
