NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the position of Community Staff Nurse within the District Nursing Service in the Kirkcaldy locality. While community nursing experience is beneficial, it is not essential. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team or independently to deliver quality care in the community. The nursing service operates 24/7, and candidates should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as well as travel across the locality as needed.

Applicants must be willing to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment. From April 1, 2024, NHS Scotland will reduce the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours, impacting pay structures accordingly.
