The NHS Scotland is seeking a motivated and innovative Unit Support Manager for the Gynaecology service within Women's Services at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. The ideal candidate should have experience in operational roles, focusing on managing waiting times, cancer targets, and overall service delivery. Responsibilities include compiling reports on waiting times, aiding in service redesign, and facilitating daily operations while collaborating with the Service and Unit Operational Management teams.

Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent and relevant NHS experience, showcasing strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
