The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Patient Services Officer (Band 3) for its Wirral site, with part-time hours that include weekend and holiday shifts. This role involves becoming an integral part of a busy appointment team, requiring excellent administration skills and the ability to manage a full appointment booking system while ensuring efficient front-of-house operations. Candidates should possess a GCSE in English and Mathematics, knowledge of administration systems, and experience in customer service, preferably within an NHS environment.

The successful applicant will join a supportive administration team and have opportunities to develop new skills within the Network Services Division.
