Xtreme Communications is hiring Care Assistants in Brighton to support vulnerable and elderly individuals at Osmund Court in Billingshurst. Key responsibilities include providing personal care, building relationships, and performing light housekeeping tasks. The role requires caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals, with a flexible schedule, including every other weekend. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. Benefits include competitive pay starting at £11.50, enhanced holiday pay, a £300 referral scheme, company-issued mobile phone, 28 days of annual leave (pro rata), and covered DBS costs. Shifts are available from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Applicants must be authorized to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not offered.

The Role

Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
Performing light housekeeping tasks.
Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
