The Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time, permanent Family Intervention Therapist to join their Inclusion Thurrock Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Services in Grays, South West Essex. The role involves providing evidence-based family intervention therapies to patients experiencing a range of complex mental health issues, while also collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide consultation and support to colleagues, contribute to team meetings, and advise senior management on clinical practices. Furthermore, they will engage in the development and evaluation of operational policies to ensure high-quality psychological care is delivered.
