The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Haematologist with a focus on non-malignant haematology, particularly in red cell disorders. The role involves joining a collaborative team of five consultants and one associate specialist, participating in a non-resident on-call rotation at a frequency of 1 in 5. The position offers flexibility in the job plan to cater to the successful candidate’s specific areas of interest, along with opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership within the specialty.

In addition to providing senior support for clinical and laboratory services, the appointee will engage in patient care within clinics for red cell and general haematology, and will also support the recently established East Midlands TTP Network.
