Enviva Complex Care is seeking a female Brain Injury Support Worker to assist a young woman in her 20s with an acquired brain injury and left side weakness in Sevenoaks. This role involves supporting the client with personalized routines, preparing meals (including blending for safety), assisting with care programs, and providing emotional support and companionship. The support worker will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records of care provided.

Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence to drive the client's automatic vehicle, as well as be a confident driver to help alleviate the client’s anxiety. Working hours are Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 11pm, with a sleeping night shift in between. Prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate demeanor are required, along with the flexibility to work the specified hours.
