The Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Specialist Occupational Therapist for their Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental disorder team (FIND) at Langdon Hospital in Dawlish. This role involves providing expert assessment, intervention, and case management for patients with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI). The therapist will work within a multi-disciplinary team, managing a diverse caseload and focusing on delivering specialist forensic interventions. Responsibilities include direct patient work, staff training and supervision, care coordination, and developing relationships with various agencies. The role requires strong organisational skills to manage tasks independently and provide support to colleagues, with opportunities for clinical leadership and induction of new staff.
