The Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Hatfield to join their team in a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office and two days remote work. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, supporting all levels of recruitment within the Trust, including substantive, executive, honorary, and volunteer positions. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment pipeline, ensuring compliance with recruitment KPIs, and providing advice on recruitment legislation and best practices to applicants and hiring managers.

Additionally, the role involves maintaining HR records, generating performance reports, overseeing the e-recruitment system (TRAC), and conducting all necessary pre-employment checks. The Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process and will assist with payroll-related queries.
