You will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, which gives you the opportunity to learn and understand different roles and duties within our multidisciplinary team. Our friendly team will support and help you to learn and adapt in your new ward environment.   Your main duties will include caring for surgical patients, helping them with their daily personal care needs, manual handling, and monitoring their clinical condition. Also you will have the opportunity to gain and acquire new learning opportunities to improve your knowledge and skills.   As a Senior Nursing Assistant, you will act as a role model to your junior colleagues.
