Sonderwell Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for Support Workers to provide care and support to adults facing issues with housing, drug and alcohol difficulties, and mental health challenges. The role involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, promoting independence, and providing housing and financial advice to help improve the individuals' quality of life.

As a support worker, your responsibilities may include helping with social activities, household chores, managing appointments, and providing financial and housing advice. You will be working to promote independence and encourage support and companionship for the individuals you work with. The role requires a full driving license and access to a car.

• Mental Health Difficulties
• Drug and/or alcohol problems
• Housing advice and assistance
• Money management 
• Life skills 

This role requires a full driving licence with access to your own car.   As a support worker your day may include, helping to support social activities, day to day care with household chores, promoting independence, encouraging support, companionship, these are just a few of the duties that are involved.   You will be supporting people with their finances, housing advice and managing appointments whilst promoting and encouraging independence.
