The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic Nursing Associate for the Discharge Lounge at Lincoln Hospital, operating 24/7 to facilitate safe and efficient patient discharges. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely transitions for patients from inpatient wards, assessment units, and the Emergency Department, thereby optimizing hospital capacity.
