Gtd Healthcare is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the Oldham Blood Service in Lees. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, conducting phlebotomy services while adhering to clinical guidelines and policies. Responsibilities include performing patient interventions, basic observations, and home visits when necessary, as well as providing support and advice to patients and families. The role emphasises the delivery of high-quality, individualized care, and requires effective communication skills to document patient interactions accurately and report concerns to the clinical team.

In addition to phlebotomy duties, the Phlebotomist will be involved in administrative tasks, including managing patient referrals and supporting service protocols. The role also entails compliance with data protection laws and maintaining supplies for the service.
