The Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is hiring an Ancillary (AVP) Supervisor for Ambulance Vehicle Preparation in Rotherham. This role involves managing vehicle cleaning operations across various locations, supervising a team of cleaning staff, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The position is predominantly night-based with flexible hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving license with category C1 and have prior line management experience. The role requires strong relationship-building with service users, the ability to work autonomously, and adeptness with IT systems.

The successful candidate will work an average of 37.5 hours per week, with additional unsocial hours payments potentially increasing earnings by over £7,000. Responsibilities include auditing cleaning practices, managing stock checks, and supporting staff development. Training opportunities such as NVQ and leadership development are available.
