Omnes Healthcare Limited is looking for a motivated Healthcare Assistant to join their Secondary Care Services at dermatology clinics in Hillingdon and Hounslow. The role is suited for individuals who are independent workers eager to contribute to a supportive team dedicated to improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phlebotomy and medical photography clinics.
- Assist dermatologists and nurses in face-to-face clinics and minor procedures.
- Collect and process venous blood samples.
- Complete patient questionnaires and ensure their comfort and dignity.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a clinical setting.
- Phlebotomy qualification and experience in blood sample collection.
- Ability to work independently and follow a flexible schedule, including potential weekend shifts.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required).
- Various clinic locations without daily reassignment to more than one site.

We offer full training for the right candidate, all we ask is that you are reliable, professional, able to work independently, can commit to the working locations and hours and have excellent computer skills.
Following full training, you will be supporting our dermatologists and nurses in face-to-face clinics as well as assisting with minor procedures, you will also conduct your own phlebotomy and medical photography clinics where you will complete questionnaires with patients and take some specialised images.
There are 40 hours per week available over Monday to Friday, however weekend work may sometimes be required. You will be working based on the rota with clinics starting as early as 8 am and finishing as late as 6pm.

Role Requirements
- Experienced phlebotomist.
- Ordering supplies and equipment.
- Explaining to patients what will take place during their appointment.
- Undertaking tasks and duties delegated by the clinical and management teams.
- Providing care for the patient whilst maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Ensuring patient comfort, dignity and privacy are always maintained and are specific to the patients’ needs.
- To support a high-quality clerical and clinical support service, entering patient data into computer systems, always ensuring attention to detail.
- Being professional, timely and reliable.
- Ensuring confidentiality is always adhered to.
- Proficient use of Computer Software Systems, Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel)
