Based at County Hall in Norwich, the Clinical Director will be responsible for driving the implementation of best practices and technological advancements to reduce variations in clinical practice. Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint to the position of Clinical Director for Transformation. You will contribute to the strategic management and the direction of the Trust and will support the Director of Transformation with leading the new clinical transformation directorate, which brings together key change functions including clinical pathway transformation and strategic clinical networks.
This role will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to Trust sites across Norfolk and Suffolk when required.

The Clinical Director of Transformation will work to reduce unwarranted variation in clinical practice through process redesign and adoption of digital technology to improve patient safety, clinical outcomes and quality of care. As the vehicle for change, the focus would be on delivering transformational change through strategic clinical networks and care pathways.
