The CTPLD Administrator position at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP in Chippenham is a Band 3 role, offering a 12-month fixed-term contract with 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will support the Community Team for People with a Learning Disability (CTPLD), working collaboratively in both team and solo environments. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks such as managing call communications with individuals, families, and professionals, minute-taking for meetings, and the upkeep of databases. Proficiency in information management, technology, and Microsoft Office, as well as experience using clinical systems, is essential.

The role requires a self-motivated and organized individual with good time management skills. The CTPLD team works within an integrated multi-agency health framework, and the administrator will operate from one of the CTPLD bases in the region, adopting a hybrid work model that includes regular office-based collaboration.
