The post holder will have specific focus on delivery and performance of both clinical and administrative teams; you will do this through supporting the department with service management; ensuring the delivery of operational planning including demand and capacity, RTT/2WW performance, business planning/business case development and capital projects.
This role requires you to have the knowledge or experience of working on complex projects and dealing with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You must have proven people skills and a track record of delivering high quality work in a fast paced environment.
