The CYPMH Case Manager position at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust involves providing critical support as part of the East of England Provider Collaborative. The successful candidate will focus on delivering high-quality care for children and young people receiving specialist mental health services, working to ensure effective care pathways and supporting quality assurance and improvement measures. The role emphasises building strong relationships with service users, their families, and a range of stakeholders across statutory and non-statutory organisations.

In addition to fostering patient experiences, the Case Manager will collaborate with specialist commissioners to assess and plan for future service demands, driving transformation and efficiency in the provision of mental health services.
