We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join the digestive diseases team as personal assistant to our lead nurses. The ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent communication skills are essential. You must be able to work both independently and within the team, liaise with staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn.
Hybrid working at home and on site may be discussed and considered once fully trained.
To provide a comprehensive PA service and administrative support to the Band 8 Lead Nurses within Digestive Diseases including managing diaries, coordinating and preparing meetings, optimising clinical time, taking minutes, producing letters and other documents, dealing with queries and providing administrative support to the specialist nurses and their teams.
