The Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Postgraduate Lead for Medical and Dental Education, primarily based at the Royal London Hospital Education Academy. This position involves collaborating with Trust Deans and Directors of Medical and Dental Education to deliver and ensure the quality of postgraduate educational programs across Barts Health hospitals. The post holder will oversee the effective implementation and evaluation of training for over 1,168 medical and dental trainees, adhering to NHS England's educational standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a commitment to fostering a cohesive, trust-wide educational service while providing site-specific support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills to enhance the collaborative efforts within the Medical Education team, ensuring the sharing of best practices and resources across various sites within the Trust.
