Band 5: £30,420 to £37,030 a year per annum  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

The Administration Manager at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Bangor will oversee the daily operations of clerical and administrative services within the Neurodevelopment and Learning Disabilities services. Key responsibilities include supporting the management team by monitoring service performance metrics such as waiting times and capacity, managing the recruitment and development of administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with Health Board policies regarding staff absence and quality control procedures. The role also entails managing waiting lists in alignment with health policies, assisting in financial resource management, and providing timely management information to enhance service delivery.

In this position, the Administration Manager will be tasked with maintaining effective administrative systems, coordinating work within the administrative team, and facilitating effective communication with the Divisional Management Team to address capacity issues. Regular reporting on service performance and trends will be required to drive improvements in service delivery while ensuring that administrative services remain operational and effective at all times.
