Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Assistant (Relief Domestic) to provide essential cleaning services across Tameside Community sites and Trust HQ. This part-time role requires working 15 hours per week, on a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, and includes various responsibilities such as maintaining cleanliness in clinical, sanitary, and administrative areas. The role emphasises compliance with infection control and health and safety procedures, adherence to established cleaning schedules, and proper handling of cleaning equipment and waste disposal.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Facilities team, working collaboratively to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met in all assigned areas, including in-patient and community settings. Additionally, they will be responsible for reporting any incidents, attending mandatory training sessions, and fulfilling other duties as required by supervisors. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate compliance with Trust policies and a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
