The Haringey GP Federation is seeking a Digital & Transformation Lead to enhance service delivery within its organisation and the Haringey North Central Primary Care Network. With a salary range of £60,000 - £65,000, this role involves collaboration with clinical and operational teams to develop a vision for service improvements, identify transformation opportunities, and implement change effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with a leadership team, including a digital clinical lead and quality improvement lead, to ensure that digital innovations align with local needs while focusing on enhancing patient access, satisfaction, and the efficiency of general practice services.

In this job share position, the Digital & Transformation Lead will coordinate transformation activities, engage with staff across various levels, understand current service models, and address challenges to prioritize improvements.
