The Health Care Assistant (Band 2) position at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, based in Harrow, requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week, involving both day and night shifts. The role is centered on providing essential support and reassurance to patients and their families within the Regional Hyper-acute Rehabilitation Unit at Northwick Park Hospital. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, recording and reporting patient data to nursing staff, serving meals, and ensuring a safe and compliant environment for patients.
